ANGEL PUPPIES​

PURCHASE CONTRACT
To the best of my knowledge, all puppies are healthy, happy and pre-spoiled when they leave my home. This puppy is covered for one year against any inherited life threating disease that requires the puppy to be euthanized. This puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal or greater value. I will need the puppy returned (alive) and a statement from your vet along with a confirmation from my vet. We do not cover any of your vet expenses. We are not responsible for any medical bills incurred by either the animal or yourself after the purchase. Complications that occur due to hypoglycemia are not covered. Complications such as respiratory tract infections, stomach upsets or coccidiosis, which can be caused by stress, shipping or environmental changes are not covered. We do not have any control over any exposure to contagious diseases after the puppy leaves our home so we cannot be responsible for exposure to Parvo, Distemper, Coronavirus, kennel cough or any other contagious disease. Hypoglycemia is a controllable condition and is not considered a defect. Skin conditions, allergies, disagreement of family, landlord disapproval are not covered. This puppy is being represented as a pet only with no guarantee of show quality or breeding abilities. Inguinal, umbilical & diaphragmatic hernias are not life threating and are common in certain breeds, so we do not cover hernias. You have forty-eight hours after you receive your new puppy to have a veterinarian of your choice check your puppy out, if any serious defect or life threating condition is found you must contact us immediately and provide us with a vet letter stating the problem.  After that period only the 1 year genetic warranty applies. If the puppy is noted as registered on this contract, the registration papers will be provided at the time of the sale or within 30 days from the time of the sale and the registration will be noted on the contract, otherwise the puppy is sold as a pet, unregistered and no papers will be provided. The buyer is advised to spay or neuter their pet. Color, weight or disposition of this puppy is not guaranteed. I have read this contract/warranty and I agree to the terms outlined in it. My signature on this document acknowledges this contract as a legal and binding agreement between the buyer and the seller. By my signature, I agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract and the conditions of the health warranty stated in this document. Buyer agrees not to harass, slander or report any information concerning this sale to any other party. The parties hereto choose the Venue of the City of Phenix City, state of Alabama and county of Russell County with the express renunciation to any other; no matter how privileged it might be, for the purpose of solving any dispute resulting from the application of this agreement herein. All purchases or deposits made by internet using credit/debit cards, e-checks are guaranteed to be honored regardless of any dispute by the buyer with express renunciation to any other company or party. I agree by my signature, that I have received my puppy. I agree not to charge back or seek a refund using Pay Pal T.M. credit/debit cards or e-checks. The puppy will not be received by the buyer until full payment and this signed contract is received. All deposits made are non-refundable. If you cancel or fail to pay the balance of your puppy, you will lose your deposit. By placing a deposit on my website www.angelpuppies.net, you acknowledge this contract as a binding, legal agreement and agree that you have made an electronic signature by your payment.

I understand and agree by my signature above that the health warranty listed on this contract and on the website is not transferrable. If the buyer fails to have a well puppy check done within forty-eight hours of receiving the puppy and does not notify the seller immediately of any serious condition, then the buyer understands that the general and genetic warranty offered by the seller, becomes void and the puppy is accepted by the buyer as is with no warranty. Please be advised that our genetic warranty does not support DNA testing and we do not offer refunds or compensation because of the unreliable data the tests produce.
